Fabio’s (Tuchlauben 4-6, Vienna) – as the name suggests, this restaurant serves mainly Italian dishes (some very impressive), including ligurian fish stew (gamberi, octopus, seppia, vongole, plaice, mussels & toasted bread), pollo al forno (organic oven roasted chicken, with zucchini, capers, and buffalo ricotta), and branzino & crema di ceci (roasted sea bass fillet with chickpea cream, tomatoes & eggplant).
