Loos American Bar
Loos American Bar (Kärntner Durchgang 10, Vienna) – this small low-wattage bar, designed by Viennese architect Adolf Loos in 1908, is known for its martinis and Manhattan drinks. This bar got its name because of Loos’ previous trip to America, which was the source of his interior designing influences. Patrons should be advised that it doesn’t open until 5 pm. It attracts a sophisticated, mature crowd 30 and above.
